  10. How long will the installation take?

  11. Where will you mount my Control Panel?
    A: Why this location?

  12. Where will you mount my Siren?
    A: Why this location?

  13. Please explain your wiring techniques to me?

  14. Am I required to pay any money up front before the installation is complete?

  15. What brand of equipment do you use?
    A: How long have you used it?
    B: Why do you use this equipment?

  16. If I have a question or a problem using my system, who will I speak with?
    A: How well will they know my system?

  17. Where is your Central Station located?
    A: Can I visit?

  18. How many customers does your Central Station monitor?

  19. How long am I locked into your Central Station Monitoring contract?

  20. Will you provide a list of references that I can phone?

  21. Do I own my security system 100%?
    A: If not, who does?

  22. Please explain to me exactly what happens when my alarm goes off/activates?
